PDS-RPT v6

Enhancement: Added logic to populate the new Procurement Data Standard (PDS) 
datamart table pds_purchase_request and fields deleted_or_previous, 
missing_clause, document_desc, and acceptor_id, which are being added by the 
delivery of GEX 5.1.1.8 in support of the Validation Response (Ack) v4.1 XML.  
The missing_clause field will be used by GEX 5.1.1.8 to populate a corresponding 
new column in the following PDS reports:
- PDS Award Detailed Error report (pds_ardetailed_error) 
- PDS Mod Detailed Error report (pds_amrdetailed_error)

PDS-VAL v19

1. Enhancement:  Added the capability to validate PDS v2.5.1 award and 
modification documents.

2. Enhancement:  PDS v2.5 transactions now return Validation Response v4.1.  They 
were returning Validation Response v4.0.

3. Enhancement:  Added the routing variable, PDS-AAI-Routing, to allow PDS 
transactions to be routed to one or more accounting systems based on the Agency 
Accounting Identifiers (AAIs) found in the lines of accounting.  A lookup table 
provides the linkage between the AAI value and the accounting system.

Enhancement:  Changed the error category for messages from the Standard Line of 
Accounting (SLOA) Validation Service from fatal to warning.
