PAM-SRF-SPLIT-VAL v5

Problem:  Treasury Payment Automation Manager (PAM) batch files fail translation 
when including General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS)-originated 
transactions with foreign postal codes because GFEBS populates the foreign postal 
code in the domestic code field.

Solution:  Modified graph to remove existing validation of domestic postal code 
that allows numeric values only and instead allow alphanumeric values.
