================
CLOSEOUT-VAL v2

N104 when N106="TO" to support routing 567C X12 transactions to channels calling
the new SPS-567C message type for SPS consuming systems.

================
DEAMS-SPS-FC v1

Enhancement: Added DEAMS-SPS-FC map family (WebSphere TX 8.0) to transform
Defense Enterprise Accounting and Management System (DEAMS)-generated Standard
Procurement System (SPS) xProcurement transactions with foreign currency
designated values populated in the KONotes section into the appropriate SPS
xProcurement fields. Please refer to the respective email for details on CONOPS,
channel/route configuration, and deployment strategy.

============
DTS-XML v10

Enhancement: In anticipation of the eventual deployment of the Defense Travel
System (DTS) Next Generation (NextGen) and in order to be able to discern DTS
NextGen-originated transactions from DTS-originated transactions, modified logic
in DTS-XML U2X map for DTSAuth, DTSAR, DTSNOC, DTSVch, and DTSAck transactions
for deriving the values of GS02 plus N104 and N102 when N101="FR" by replacing
the previous rule:
If LEFT1 of TANUM = "I"-"Z", map "CUI_WEST_", else map "CUI_EAST_"
with the new rule:
If LEFT1 of TANUM = "M"-"Z", map "NEXT_GEN_", else map "CUI_EAST_"
DTS NextGen-originated transactions will cite TANUM values where the leftmost
position begins with "M" or higher.
