DATAACT-SF133-VAL v3


Problem:  The specification for the SF133 file was changed by the Office of 
Management and Budget (OMB) to adjust the record length on the file to allow for 
a space to be provided in the 56th position of each record.  Previously, if 
Availability Type Code was not included the record ended at 55 positions.  If 
Availability Type Code was included, the record extended to 56 positions.  The 
new file now fills the 56th position with a space where Availability Type Code 
is not provided.

Solution: Modified the graph to allow for a space in the 56th position of each 
SF133 record.
