Dependencies
----------------

SABRS-PT and SABRS-WAWF4 each contain message descript file changes that will 
invoke new corresponding post comms shared libraries to add header/trailer 
records to outgoing batch files.  This functionality is being delivered in two 
corresponding patches:

libiface_postbatch_SABRS-PT.sl
libiface_postbatch_SABRS-WAWF4.sl

If GEX 5.0 Map Update 23 is being installed on a GEX instance that has active 
outgoing channels that call those message types, then GEX 5.1.1.10 and the 
patches must be installed on that GEX instance.

DAI-PPS-CR v1

Enhancement:  Added DAI-PPS-CR map family (WebSphere TX 8.0) to receive Post 
Payment System (PPS) eXtensible Markup Langauage (XML) Cancel & Return (CR) 
transactions from Treasury and translate them into Defense Agencies Initiative 
(DAI) XML format.  The CR transactions will notify DAI of transactions that DAI 
had previously passed to Treasury for disbursement, but for reasons identified 
within each CR transaction, were unable to be fully disbursed and thus returned 
to the system of origin by Treasury.  Further guidance will be provided separately
by DAI proponents to coordinate corresponding DAI channel configuration changes.

Enhancement:  Made updates per Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) 915 "Add 
Condition Code to Invoicing, Receipt, Acceptance, and Property Transfer (iRAPT)" 
and ECP 796 "Multiple Serial Numbers for Non-Unique Item Identifier (UII) Items".

MSC-WAWF4-OTA v4

Enhancement:  Due to limitations in the Oracle security functions used in the 
Military Sealift Command (MSC) application, the presence of the text character 
"%" is causing internal processing issues. Revised the MSC-WAWF4-OTA X2U mapping 
of the Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) Standard XML to replace all instances of the 
text character "%" with the text string "percent" in order to permit processing 
of those transactions at MSC.

Enhancement:  Made updates per ECP 915 "Add Condition Code to iRAPT" and ECP 796 
"Multiple Serial Numbers for Non-UII Items".

SABRS-PT v4

Enhancement:  Modified the SABRS-PT message descript file to invoke the new 
shared library (libiface_postbatch_SABRS-PT.sl) that will add header and trailer 
records to outgoing Standard Accounting Budgeting and Reporting System (SABRS) 
batch files for the interface with Syncada (PowerTrack) to support new Defense 
Finance and Accounting Services (DFAS) data transfer reconciliation requirements 
per the Assistant Secretary of the Navy (Financial Management and Comptroller) 
(ASN FM&C).  Further details will be provided separately to coordinate the update 
installation.

SABRS-WAWF4 v3

Enhancement:  Modified the SABRS-WAWF4 message descript file to invoke the new 
shared library (libiface_postbatch_SABRS-WAWF4.sl) that will add header and 
trailer records to outgoing SABRS batch files for the interface with Wide Area 
Workflow (WAWF) to support new DFAS data transfer reconciliation requirements 
per the ASN FM&C.  Further details will be provided separately to coordinate the 
update installation.

SOMARDS-DTS2 v2       

Enhancement:  Per the Change Request (CR) approved by the DTS Program Management 
Office (PMO), added a premap1 and modified the premap in the SOMARDS-DTS2 map
family to be capable of accommodating incoming Standard Operation and Maintenance 
Army Research and Development System (SOMARDS) 824 batch files that will contain 
new header and trailer records and yet also continue to accommodate current 
incoming SOMARDS 824 batch files that do not contain header and trailer records.  
Since each detail record instance is already mapped to its own separate X12 824 
transaction, any header and trailer records will be effectively discarded during 
translation.
