If it's an emergency and after normal working hours, the Customer Service Help Desk will page someone from the eB support group. To speed up this process, provide as much information as you can. For example, state who you are, where you are calling from, a telephone number to call back to, what the problem is, the purpose of the immediate request, and when the problem started. The Customer Service Help Desk will create a Problem Ticket (PR) and assign it to someone from the eB support group who will immediately handle your problem.
